From traditional comfort foods to specialty dishes found nowhere else, Restauration showcases Chef Tom Skold’s scratch-made, locally-sourced cooking. Bringing his unique vision to Restauration, Tom celebrates local bounty and global flavors in a constantly changing, seasonal menu. Already well-known to locals, Tom has twice been featured statewide on Iowa Public Television’s popular program, The Iowa Ingredient.
Restauration serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The menu is also available for room service delivery and carry-out.
